Seriously, Denver doesn't concern me

This is a HUGE family rivalry for me so I place alot of importance on this game. Both the Fins and Donkey's have glaring problems, the team that can create a state of 'controlled chaos' will prevail. As for the other comment (about Mike's time left) I have a great deal of respect for Mike Shanahan. He's simply states how things are and player either adheres to that expectation or they're gone (something Dave didn't have on any level). This week's matchup will be close I can say for sure. I'm guessing it will come down to the final 3 minutes. My money is on our Fins and I dont say that strictly because i'm a Fin-fan.

Let me tell you how they will play. First off, Saban will finally unveil the secret that our O-line has been sandbagging. We will righteously kick some tail on the battle of the lines. Frerotte will come out passing and that will set the tone, followed by some nice 5-6 yard runs by Brown. Then a play action to the 26 yard line of Denver. So within 4 plays we will have moved the ball 60 yards. That's the truth. On a side note, how come you broncos fans are all about how you will dominate us while you are on our site, but then when I venture your sites, you are asking each other if Jake's gonna lose it for you...??? "We have to limit Jake's mistakes...we have to get the run game going so he has less pressure...wah wah wah wah wah..." Sounds pretty familiar to our situation. Should be a good game.

Our O-line will be as patchy as they usually are. They'll start the game ok. Later in the game they'll falter enough to create mistakes (Gus rather). Gus will do just plain 'ok' as well. Nothing explosive or dominant, just passable. What will make this not so bad is that the Broncos will have equal trouble with the running game and slightly better passing stats than my Fins. :up:

Whoa there genius... what are the Broncos glaring problems. Funny how you don't say your money is on the fins b/c your a fin fan...yet 90% of the media, analysts, and players feel that Denver will win this game by 10 or more points!!!

Looks to me like you're going to the wrong site.

Jake isn't going to lose anything for us and if you guys are homering up that you'd rather have Gus than Plummer......well you're insane!

i mean you got taylor who is a freak in a good way but we ran good on the panthers and we contained julius peppers well in the run game and he is amazing too and he has more support on the d-line

This thread is becoming infintely huge. Just got to page 11 and page 14 and 15 popped up. I agree with fellow finfans that for some reason the "mighty" broncos do not seem to fill my body with fear. For the only thing vexes me is the broncos ignorance.

My 2 year old isn't afraid of walking out in front of moving cars either... doesn't mean they won't hurt her!!!

In other words, once you grow a little and understand the game of football outside of Phinland, you will start to realize that there's actually other teams that prepare harder and are more talented than the Phins.

BTW, Vernon Carrey is likely going to draw Trev Pryce... He's going to have a VERY LONG DAY!!!

I mean we straight own them. The have never won in Miami, we flat own Plummer and even Broncos fans are questioning whether Shanahan is done or not. I'll take Saban, at home, opening day, over Jake the Fake anytime.

Remember they BARELY beat us at their house last year, and we are much improved, just by having Saban we are a better team than last year.
