Stop with the sky is falling nonsense. This is PRESEASON and these games DON'T MATTER. Whatever the team is doing wrong WILL be fixed by the time the regular season rolls around because that is what all teams to during the PRESEASON. I'm tired of hearing BUST or our quarterback situation is now under question or we made the wrong decision at the center position or how you ate yams for breakfast. Keep these comments to yourself. They are not productive topics and they are just senseless banter. If you can't take the heat of preparation you should probably go watch bowling or curling. Have a nice day.
 
Good post. However, preseason or no preseason, are you stating you are not worried about our safety play? Winslow and unknown receivers were running around wide open last night. Our O-line really didnt look that good and it continued against tampas 2nd string defense. And our future QB hasnt looked good all preseason. Now, I am diehard as it comes but these are legitimate concerns we should all have with our team. These things are issues that get discussed on this board. No, the sky is not falling but the obvious has been stated.
 
I think if you take a good look at what was happening with formations and play calling during this game, you'll realize there was no game plan clearly constructed for the game. In fact, it seemed as if there was more experimenting occurring. What I took from this game is that we have an exceptional coaching staff who know how to game plan when the game means something. There are reasons to be concerned, but play calling and personnel duties will be altered to be more successful during the actual season.
 
Last night the sky wasn't just falling it was spitting huge chunks of voltage into our high-powered O and electro-dynamic D. Of course everyone precisely noticed this as well so they evacuated the field before our team absolutely destroyed the helpless opposition.

Seriously.
 
our defense is not going to show any crazy coverages...they are playing very basic defenses, who cares if people are open...

but you fail to realize, some people may die if they don't have something to complain about! People's lives are at stake here!
 
yeah i started a similar thead. its rediculous how so many peole can get bent out of shape over a preseason game. we won 11 games last year with this team. i know our schedule is tougher but this team has done nothing but get better over the offseason. im not worried at all. i think all the coaches are doing now is figuring out the roster spots. they know this team will execute when the games mean something.
