Several Miami Dolphins players reportedly fed up with Mike McDaniel, want to play elsewhere

I call bullshit

Why would any player complain about McD and the way he’s running things.
These guys are getting a boatload of cash to be in a warm weather climate surrounded by hot women in bikinis every day, and working for a coach who runs his practices like a country club out for recess. Working for McD and the Fins has the be the easiest job on the planet. ****, you don’t have to practice and you can quit on your team halfway through the game and it’s accepted.

What is there to be fed up about???

I'll just say this. Not EVERYONE on the team has that mentality. We hear it over and over and people start to think that all players in the nfl would choose that. It's 100% false. But it's an easy narrative.
First off, not all players in Miami get "paid". Secondly, in a hyper competitive sport, most players want to win, on top of being the best piece at their position. (I know that's not always the case) I believe Hill is an example of this. He is the biggest piece of **** human being but he got paid, but you can still tell he wants to win. It is why he quit on the team and was talking about wanting to go somewhere else. He wants that ring man. And he knows he isnt going to get it here. Yeah you can say he chose money to be here over winning in KC l but it doesn't negate the competitive nature in him nor does it take away his wanting to win a championship, for bragging rights at the least.
I've played competitive sports all the way to college and I can tell you I would not be happy with a coach like mcdummy. That's just me personally though. I would be pussed off no matter what my status was if I seen "certain" players allowed to do things that others would get cut for...

Anybody who has been a part of a high-pressure team of any sort can tell you right off the bat that McD's schtick won't last...unless you achieve major success. We've all seen it before. He's not the "goofy in public but a hardass to work for" type...he's just plain goofy.

It doesn't really say much but there has to be something to this. This is not the first time it's been brought up. And usually when more than one outlet is bringing up the same things, there is some truth to it. I bet we will hear more and more about this.

I personally believe this to be true and am very happy about it. I want Grier and mcdummy gone like yesterday so I hope more of these reports keep coming out. Hopefully it's the end of the Grier and mcdummy era in Miami.

Tony Pauline is a fraud.

Garbage. There is always one or two that don't like the way things are.

I'll tell you HWHAT... Ramsey left Jax on not good terms, left LAR on not good terms and is about to do the same here. Pretty sure him and Holland were complainers about Fangio, too. You know, the guy that just delivered one of the best defenses in quite some time, not to mention the SB ring.

Screw them both.
Just one or two?
Dream on. - LOL

That seems even more easy than my life. 🤣.

I've been done with McDaniel too. He's not a real head coach and sucks as a play caller. Not bad play designer though.

Right there with you. His schemes and many of his play designs are fantastic, but his basic execution is lacking.

Some of the plays are so pretty that it legitimately frustrates me that they can’t get the little things right consistently.

He’s here for the immediate future, though, so there’s not much to be done about that. I still say the entire team would be better and his future more secure if he just let Bevell call plays.
