Damien Williams wasn't a bad player, I think he was just caught in a numbers game.

I'm still trying to figure out how Pouncey made it through the season when he couldn't even practice half the time while in Miami.

I wonder if Pouncey just thought that he could get away with it with Gase? Taking days off, etc.
