Shane Ray popped for weed

Incredibly stupid, but in a weak draft class he will still be a first round pick.

Despite the fact he may of been overhyped and now the weed charge, he's till the best pass rusher in this draft.
 
What an idiot.

i mean it's cool to smoke, no doubt plenty of players do, but you gotta be smarter than that.... riding around with it days before the draft. Foolish
 
Bad for him, potentially good for us if he falls to us in the 2nd round.

He went from top 10 to a low first round - second round pick in like the last couple of weeks due to his toe & now weed.

Seriously I just don't get it.....and if you are going to smoke holy cow just stay at home. I can't believe how these guys can rationalize these decisions.
 
That is sad to see. Looking like a day 2 selection, too many negative things , health and now drugs? too much drama , wouldn't touch him in the 2nd but if we ended up trading for a 3rd rounder I'd take him, what's wrong with these top pass rushing players? Gregory and now Ray, CRAZY! These young kids are plain STUPID!
 
hope he enjoyed his high... cause he might be going low in the draft now!!!
 
It's legal here in Colorado. ....but that doesn't mean you can smoke it if your company has a policy against it and you get drug tested. Stupid move on Ray's part.

Seems to happen almost every year, some young and dumb athlete gets popped.

Good for us? He won't drop all the way to 47. He will drop out of the top 14. The more pash rushers before 14 the better. This and Gregory are two slots that will now be filled by positions that may be a need for us.

he'll still be first round somewhere.... plus some teams may not care on this too
