O'Neal had a career playoff-low five points on 2-for-5 shooting in the 99-85 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

:shakeno: Disgusting. I know Dallas was fronting and double teaming...but still, it's embarassing. I don't blame Shaq for not showing up to the interviews, besides he can probably pay those fines with the loose change in his pockets.

Shaq is 0-5 in his last 5 NBA FINALS games. If you want to go back further he is 1-6 in his last 7 NBA Finals games.

He doesn't want to answer the tough questions. His funny one-liners wouldn't have worked last night with the media. He knew that.

Ohhhhh NOOooooooo!!!! Shaq might go into the poorhouse for this....considering he makes about $200,000 every time he plays a game, this is really gonna break his wallet. NOT!!!

Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal was fined $10,000, and the team an additional $25,000, after he did not make himself available for interviews Sunday night after Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

O'Neal had a career playoff-low five points on 2-for-5 shooting in the 99-85 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The Heat trail 2-0 heading to Tuesday's Game 3 in South Florida.

im from miami and want miami to win but shaq is being a little b*tch. When we give him the ball he throws it back out or gets fouled and cant convert his foul shots.

well he isn't the same player. but he will sell tickets over that time period and in that city selling tickets is more than half the battle.

That isnt the problem

The guys he is throwing it to are WIDE OPEN its not his job to hit THEIR SHOTS

They are missing him when he is wide open, and when he does get the ball he is double teamed to the point there is no-where to go, if these guys would hit their shots we wouldnt have a problem

If Kobe would of skipped the interview after a finals game like that, you all would of been calling him a dirtbag and calling for his head and whatnot.

I love Kobe  He is my 2nd favorite player....I dont care if a guy skips an interview, they are paid to entertain us on the court not in interviews, they would work for the news if they wanted to talk all the time...

I agree . . outside of the Kobe fans of course, most people would be saying what a disgrace.

But I agree w/ Shaq, the big Aristotle is frustrated, he knew he was gonna get fined, 10 grand, what is that for him, hell if i kept getting double teamed, throwing wide open passes to my teammates and they keep missing shots I would be frustrated as well. I told my co workers that the Heats supporting cast would leave there best game in the Detroit series and so far thats what it is looking like.
