Played both guard and both tackle positions on the offensive line for Hofstra
6'3 295 lbs
at the pro day he ran a 4.81 40 and some scouts had him at 4.77...at 295 lbs:unsure:

His short shuttle was 4.40 seconds and his 3 cone was 7.20 seconds.

He had 42 reps in the bench but didn't lock out the final 2 so his official number was 40 reps which is very impressive.

Sounds like a L.Allen type player who was bar none the strongest in the draft. With being your sleeper type pick, what round were you thinking.

We may not be in position to draft a player with this speed and strength because we don't have a 5th round pick plus round 4 may be used for another need such as TE or QB.

There will be no way we use a third round or less on him.

Round 6 may be to late for someone that was as fast as Joe Staley was last year and we all know how Staley rocketed up the draft after his combine numbers.Plus this guy had 40+
bench reps which would put him at the top or near the top out of all players this year.

What would be nice is to Trade JT for Bryant McKinnie and a 5th rounder which would enable us to have our starting left tackle with McKinnie and pick up Shawn McMackin who can play both guard positions as well as both tackle positions with our "new" 5th round pick.

We could replace JT with Chris Long

We would then have to "BIG MACS" on THE LEFT SIDE OF THE OFFENSIVE LINE

ONE CAN DREAM!!!:beer1:

I would love that trade but I can't see how we'd get anything else then a straight swap with McKinney being young and JT on the other side of the hill.

C.Long would only then make a great first pick and that 5th or another 4th could be had with trading our 3rd for more picks.

Otherwise J.Long should be the pick, we need his attitude and his monsterous frame to kick some AFC EAST butt.

love the thought out process that goes with this post. Cant say I have seen this type of post that much which makes it hard to argue your stance, but you pulled it off. Excellent job.
