I'd be pretty shocked if they don't take him. That show is clearly in its waning stages where they're looking for any sort of pub. A former pro player would certainly help there.

That just goes to how pathetic NBC has become, not how good the show is doing. After years of dominating Thursday nights, NBC is now clearly playing second fiddle to CBS in every Thursday night time slot.

The buzz on the show is gone, and they have resorted to gimmicks like "book smarts vs. street smarts". It will hang on because NBC is in such poor shape, but this Martha & Donald version stuff will shorten its life like having that stupid Regis game show on five nights a week shortened its life span.
