Why was he waived? What are the issues with this guy. IMO we need another outside pass rush threat somewhere on the team can this guy still produce is the question. Some teams must think not or he would still be employed right? Opinions?

It's funny how everyone wants Moss, but won't even consider this guy. Both have been great players. Both have played like crap recently, but everyone wants Moss and acts like Merriman does not even deserve consideration. I would sign Merriman because our depth at OLB is not good.

Bills no longer run a 3-4 and have admitted it was a mistake to run the defense to begin with.

Merriman has not been a factor in the league since he laid off the roids, he is too injury prone as well. He'd be riding the bench most of the season
