Oh boy! When it rains, it pours!
 
So we lose our best RB and probably our best run blocker. The running game is D.O.A. This team might be in serious trouble.
 
And the good news just keeps coming. Hopefully Turner the rookie can get back into the rotation at guard. Not sold on Dallas Thomas although he did ok after Shelly got hurt. Really could use our injured pro bowl center as well.
 
Dallas replaced him in the fourth quarter i believe but i did not see him get injured.

I rate losing Shelley up there with losing Wheeler. It was beat like a drum on every pass play in the bills game. Absolutely pitiful.
 
At this rate I hope we can make just make it to the bye week at 2-2.
 
As the injuries keep mounting and the regression of Ryan I can only think and agree with some other posters here it's just not going to happen. It's gonna take Hickey at least two more drafts to accumulate the playmakers and depth that we need. At I can watch the Fins now stress free the rest of the season. Sorry to sound so doom and gloom but we were thin to begin with and the Oline is weaker than other positions other than LB. I never give up but it is what it is.
