you know what else was awful, our drafts the past 5 years and running a 4-3 with 3-4 players...oh and lets not forget about a total lack of on the field leadership...we still have 3 people to fire...

McAdoo is a guy Philbin was interested in bringing with from Green Bay

This one is the rare one of his I can buy. When you have two guys who can't work together what do you do?

Additionally, I doubt Armando came up with this on his own. We'll see.

Great first step. Now Jeff Ireland, Zac Taylor and Jim Turner need to be let go as well. In the meantime hire Scott Linehan to be the new offensive coordinator and...wow I need to stop dreaming.
