Based on his relationship with Philbin, I can't see him going to Cleveland over Miami.
 
I like how Shermans offenses have faired compared to the rest of the nfl. A lot higher marks than Fisher had

Now this is an offensive coach who could possible compete and beat Bill & Brady.

if we get Sherman I love this hire although I would have been in the minority that liked him if we hired him as a head coach. Maybe we can keep Daboll as a wr coach or qb coach although KC did have interest , who knows if KC has looked at others and decided maybe go another difrection

when is the last time a coach left somewhere and drafted the QB he coached in college?

Maybe parcels or moronoo would but its rarely ever happened and i don't see it happening. I think for Miami its Manning or RG3. thats all they want and will do to get.
 
I'm very happy with the way things are shapping up. Of course we need to see the ink first but I'd like for us to have our staff ready by tomorrow....at least the OC and DC.

You guys know that Oakland and Cleveland will have big time interest in Sherman.

I think we are way too confident around here. When Omar says it is 85% that he comes to Miami, I get scared it will not happen.

I'm not relying on Omar's skills I just believe it will happen because of their relationship.
