short blurb on how fins could rebound this year

Here is what they are saying......

Dan:

I am a keen Dolphins supporter. After a pretty poor run last season how do you think the revamped team will fair?
-- Thomas Prebble, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Thomas:

I do believe the Dolphins will rebound. Remember, last season they had kind of a "Murphy's law" experience. That probably won't happen again, and they should feed off the energy of new coach Nick Saban. They aren't ready to overthrow the Patriots, but I would expect the Dolphins to be competitive and give every opponent a good game. They will win their share.

Of course, much of the team's success will depend on how the A.J. Feeley-Gus Frerotte quarterback duo performs. If one of them can establish himself as a strong starter and run Scott Linehan's offense efficiently, the Dolphins can contend in the AFC East.

Cool. Basically, I like where the team is at just because there's a lot of veterans on this team that still remember what it takes to win lots of football games. This is a team that already had the pieces in place but was let down by very poor coaching (our offensive system was a joke), and really bad breaks (early retirement for Ricky, David Boston tears a knee before getting to make a single play for us, Tim Bowens never makes it onto the field even though we thought he would, Larry Chester busts his knee too).

Thanks; i like the positive stuff im reading. But even they know its going to all boil down to the qb situation.

All depends on chemistry. If Ricky comes back and starts calling Boston a Steroid head and Boston calls Ricky a pothead and then Chambers yells at Feely saying he couldnt hit his 90 year old 500 pound grandmotha 2 yards away and then Saban starts talking to himself, then :rasp: we could be in for a long year!

Not to mention all the Hurricanes the Dolphins players had to worry about. That had to affect the players at least a little bit.
