With our defensive woes... why dont we use shotgun more often. It would definately help daunte see the field more. And does it seem like we ALWAYS run on the first down?

I think that if the 'Fins use the shotgun exclusively, then it kind of takes the guess work of whether we are going to run or not. We do not always run on first down. i remember some playa ction forom yesterday on first down. :wink:

you could time culpepper's dropback speed with an hourglass. the shotgun makes some sense.

I don't mind using shotgun, just stop calling it on 3rd down.

It made me soo mad, ATLEAST 3 times on 3rd and short we called shotgun. Way to go mularkey, Why don't u just tell them we are goign to pass and take the threat of the run out of the equation
