Marty Schottenheimer signed a four-year contract to coach San Diego that will pay him $10 million and as much as another $7 million in incentives. Why should that be different than players as far as pricing out poorer franchises ? Thet should probably be in the same salary cap pool as players to really "even the playing field".

What do you think - why or why not ? :D
 
I voted no because thats just more red tape to sort through for little or no reason. If you wanna cap something, make a cap for the government. Some of those salaries are truly ridiculous!:lol:
