Should Dolphins Pursue Vince Young?

Later or never would have been the better options. No need to rush to horrible ideas.

I would be willing to give him a shot. -BUT I'd also want to draft a QB. This franchise puts all of its eggs in one basket year after year and needs to not be complacent at the QB position.

Canes baby! I just asked for your thought, I never said it was what I wanted. The topic was bound to come sooner or later.

No. Carlson Palmer? Absolutely. Micheal Vick? Sure. Vince Young? Not even worth a mention.

Vince Young and Brandon Marshall, on the same team. That is too much baggage, and it will never work. Sorry

i rather get Kolb then VY who has been questioned by his own teammates about his work ethic and his leadership ( do we want a player like that) NO

i still want to give henne the rest of the year if he can be healthy i saw progress with him vs the titans also i think henning is the one messing him up.

No on Young.....however if Fisher loses the battle in Tennessee
(speculation is owner bud Adams may keep Young)

I would take Fisher in a heartbeat

Well I was watching the post game report just now after the Giants/Eagles game and it looks like Fischer said Young has lost his starting job and Fischer is done with Young.

They will probably trade Young or Fischer will quit/be fired. If Young is traded (and no I don't want him) then you can add Tennessee to the list of teams looking to grab a QB in the draft.

Trading for Kolb wouldn't be so bad, but I'd rather use that first pick on a potential franchise QB. Maybe try to get them both and have some competition, and trade away the loser.

We desperately need a franchise QB. I'm sick of the garbage we've had for the past ten years.

It amazes me that we do this year after year. One guy is going to be our savior. Theres never a backup plan. Trent Green, Daunte Culpepper, Chad Henne. Look at the Browns. They are an organization who is getting things turned around, and looks to have a bright future. They didn't put all their QB eggs in 1 basket. They signed a guy with a lot of starting experience, they signed another guy who was labeled the best back up qb in the nfl, and then they grabbed another guy in the draft. Is Colt McCoy the answer.. maybe, maybe not. But they are playing good ball and thats something they werent doing when Delhomme and Wallace were behind center. They gave themselves 3 good options, and 1 has worked out well.

Meanwhile, our Dolphins go with 1 option every year, and they never work out. (note: I dont consider Chad Pennington a good option due to fragileness).

Vince Young will never grow up. He's too stupid to realize what dreams he's throwing away.

no, when you have your teammates pleading with you to stick it out for the team and you give them a big FU and then leave the stadium, that is not a good sign. Plus he has been pretty average...

**** no. That would be all we need...a basket case QB and a prima donna receiver....

Fischer is the longest tenured coach in the NFL. IF he were to leave Tennessee he would likely take some time off and work TV for a year or two.
That being said, I'd love to have him coaching the Phins.
