Should Jeff Ireland stay or should we hire Bill Cowher or Gruden or Fisher

Do you all think Ross should keep Ireland as GM and find another coach or Hire Cowher, Gruden or Fisher as Coach and GM ?
 
Ross should bring in Don shula as a consultant as well as carl Peterson. Hire schott as intrim coach and have these three guys consult on picking the next coach
 
Regardless of what coach we hire, Ireland needs to go. I'm convinced we need a coach and a GM who both share the same plan and know what the hell they're doing.
 
first things first I think we need the first overall pick.

that gives the new coach or new regime their choice of who they want to build the team around. ( one would hope for andrew luck)

secondly, I think if you want to hire a guy like rob ryan, jeff ireland can and probably would stay...

i think if you want a coach like cowher, he's gonna want somebody he is familiar with as GM, if he doesnt want full control, and thus ireland would be out.
 
be for the sucks if we lose a good coach because of ireland
if it happens i blame ross for everything forward
 
I have no allegiance to Ireland...he's whiffed on a ton of players ...I acknowledge he has done some good but let's face it, he's been very mediocre
 
If Sparano is fired, Ireland should also be shown the door. Doesn't look at this moment that Ireland will be fired.

I think if the Phins lose, he's as good as gone. They can't keep him with an 0-4 record going into the bye IMO.
 
not sure we gain anything by having this team put up with Sparano till end of year. The prrof is in the pudding that the 11-5 season was an aberration and losing seasons are more reflective of his ability as a head coach
 
i'm not thrilled with ireland. i do think he was in a tough spot under parcells.
do i think people can get better with experience...yes


draft picks must be top priority. i think ireland is a "need" over "BPA" kind of GM. i would probably let Jeff go.

draft guru's are hard to find. can't afford mistakes in april.
 
Ireland is brutal and has proven at times to be unprofessional.

Clean house.
