I live in Atlanta and even before the season began there was speculation by the local media that covers the Falcons that Mike Vick may be moved at the end of the season. The thinking was this season would reveal whether the coaches or the QB was the problem.

After flipping off the fans on Sunday it looks like the Falcons may be in a position where they could move Vick. The Falcons have Matt Schaub who has looked great in the offense that Vick struggles in. The local radio guys who have all team access have done everything but come out and say Vick hates the Falcons OC and the offense.

Would you be interested in the Dolphins pursuing Vick and what would you give up for him if they did?

Personally I think the Falcons are trying to force a square peg into a round hole. An offense should be tailored to Vick and not the other way around. Although, I'm still not convinced he can be consistent throwing the ball. I would wait and see where DC is next year and at worst start Harrington. Vick doesn't seem like a team player/leader when things get tough.

No, no, no, no. The MOST inconsistant QB in the league, right above Eli and Grossman. I'd hate to have him on this team, especially when our starting QB is playing well. You want to know where I think he ends up, if it's not Atlanta?

OAKLAND. And you know what, it'd be a good fit for both parties.

Why is this even a question? Do you know how much money we have tied up in the QB position right now? Do you realize how much it would take to acquire Vick and his gaudy contract?

Get off of fantasy island please.

maybe he's a heck of a player, his WRs just can't catch the ball. in the right offense he is going to excell. can't tell you if our offense is the right one though

NO NO NO :tantrum: . Vick is the most one dimensional quarterback there ever was. All he can do is run. He can't throw worth a damn. That's one reason why the Falcons are underachieving.

NO NO NO NO NO!

Unless saban has randy mcmichael on his fantasy team there is no smart reason for this..

Nope the Raiders will go after Leftwich:

Rather than dump Randy Moss, watch the Raiders try to appease him in the off-season by bringing in a former Marshall quarterback in soon-to-be-available Jacksonville passer Byron Leftwich.

I think Vick would dominate in an offense suited to him, right now his recievers drop more passes than ours, he doesn't get time to throw, and the patterns are not suited to his accuracy. If we didn't have Dante I would jump all over him

I would really hope the Phins have zero interest.

Biggest dissapointment in the NFL based on his projections coming out of college.
Remember, this guy was supposed to completely change the game of football. PFFT. So much for that.

Guy is as inconsistent as they come.
If he could'nt run he would'nt even have a starting job.

What are you talking about? Defenses have to change the way they play just because of him. Schemes have to be made specifically to contain him and no other QB in the league. Just because he didn't live up to the unreasonable expectations doesn't mean he should be called a dissappointment either, especially considering his winning percentage and offensive output. And he may be inconsistent, but so is the majority of his team, which only compounds his faults. And big deal if he couldn't run he would not have a starting job, the fact of the matter is he can run and create. That's like saying Tom Brady wouldn't have a starting job if he wasn't so good at his decision making.

Vick won't be traded. He just signed a 10 year/$100M deal a couple years ago. Football is a business, he brings in too much Revenue. As for Vick being compared to Eli Manning. Eli Manning is awful. One of the WORST starting quarterbacks in the league. Vick is way better than him.

Vick isnt going anywhere...he just got like a 100mil dollar contract. Mora Sr. is a jackass too..I remember watching him cry at the podium...P-P-P-P-Playoffs? p-p-p-p-playoffs?..haha..no wonder he got Sh**canned...Its not all Vicks fault. He has almost the worst recieving core in the league. The kid freakin ran for 166 yards on sunday, was throwing bullets right in the recievers numbers and he still gets it from the media and fans..What else can he do, granted he is a bit inconsistent at time, but come on now, he needs to have a team built around him with talent...Atlanta fans were just about as classless on Sunday as detriot was on t-day
