Who thanks the dolphins should make a trade for a cornerback?

why would we trade for a cornerback....our secondary was pretty okay...except for that Farve miracle on 4th and 13....that was just awful...:boohoo:



...if anything,we should trade for a WR...(AND JUST FOR THE RECORD WITH THIS STATEMENT...I WAS BEING SARCASTIC)
 
We aren't a Cornerback away from winning the Superbowl, and quite frankly, even if we were, what CB is on the trading block and what do we have to trade for him to make that happen. Honestly, we're not going to right this ship over night. We had a great draft and decent free agency this off season, we will compete and improve this season to a 6 - 7 win total. Then we'll put together another free agency and draft class, and this time I have a feeling the F/O will concentrate on playmakers and game changers at WR, Safety, and CB. This past year it was about getting younger and building the beef on the Line of Scrimmage.
 
Who would you trade for?

You cant just pull deals out of the air and says lets do it.

I mean i guess a guy like Lito Sheppard might be available, but i wouldn't give up a lot for him because of his injury history. It could end up costing us a lot to get Sheppard now that we are in season and it has become a need for us.

I live in the DC area currently... I absolutely hate the Redskins... And as a whole, their fan base are stupid. When Jason Taylor was traded to them, they immediately talked about going to the super bowl, and after the first two preseason games they talked about going to the super bowl. Other than watching the Dolphins win ( I know it hasn't happened much lately, hopefully that will improve this year) I find so much joy in watching the Patriots and Redskins lose.
 
It's one game,Chill out...we are rebuilding.
 
We could use a #1 Corner, but not a #2 or #3. Or we can wait until next year and draft one in the first or second. A rookie Sam Madison would be a nice addition to this team.

I detest the Foreskins. I mean.....More than the Bills and Jets....I had no ill will towards the Skins in general....Then, I was stationed in Frederick, MD and FT Detrick......My god I hate them so. It's nearly blinding how much I hate DC area teams.

That said; Camden YArds is a great park.

I think the moment Brady went down any talk of rebuilding is garbage. The East is wide open now and all the Dolphin fans who think "Rebuilding" means you sacrifice a season are just individuals who have grown so use to losing they have no standards anymore. I'm thankful the people in control of the Dolphins are professionals who aspire to achieve higher goals and they are not Dolphin fans.
