I know that this doesn't matter at all. But watching the f*%king jets stink up the field this year and about to be 2-2 (and lucky to be there IMO) really hurts after these last two weeks. The patriots have played 3 games out of the 4 that were highly competitive and didnt win it until late in the game and sit at 3-1.(lost one of those three) The bills have played lights out but came back to reality after losing to the bengals and are 3-1.
We competed with the pats(i know it doesn't count) we played terrible against the texans but still had our chances. But at 0-2 most of you were already saying the season is lost, i was one of the few "homers" left. Praising it was only two games against perceived elite teams.
We dominated the browns the whole game but found a way to lose. If we old on there and came into this game with the possibility of being 2-2 maybe we play a little better and find a way to win. . .
Anyways my point is we were so close to 2-2( I KNOW WE ARENT) which after the doom and gloom of the first two weeks woulda put the phins at just one game back from the lead in the division.
So what now? Im with JT (if you havent read the article its attached at the bottom) We still have a season to fight for. There is no margin for error. and time is definitely of the essence. But under sparano we have had huge turn arounds before. This team is talented. and while 0-4 is bad. . . so was 0-2 remember? This is the Nfl and we are still only 3 games back in the division.
Do I really believe any of this? No. But I will try to convince myself of it cause Damnit regardless of anything we are going to beat the S##t out the JEST in two weeks!!!
