Don Shula was on the Mark and Brian morning show today to promote his Restaurant opening in LA.

He of course talked football. He said his favorite half of football was the 85' Bears game, much to the chagrin of Brian who is a Bears fan.

He talked extensively about the old days and wishes Earl Morrel got more of history's respect.

I tried calling in but it was busy the whole time.

A lady even called to tell Don she was in love with him.

Cool, I was in NYC Monday night and went To Don's place. So cool seeing all the pictures hanging on the walls. And the menu comes on a football. I wanted to swipe it, but deceided not too. Didn't want to get the DON mad at me, not that he would know anyway.
 
When does the restaurant open(if it isnt opened already)? I have to go check this place out, it isnt to far from me, but if they are having some big grand opening and he is going to be there I have to go.
 
Damm, Im planning on going this weekend. I didn't know about it either. Did it just open?
 
It is opening Tonight I believe. There will be many old school fins there. I would go but I have a priro engagement to perfom at an Improv Festival.
