Difficult to believe the Dolphin organization didn't anticipate this as a possibility. The local authorities have been looking into every angle involving Hernandez so naturally a former teammate and long time friend was a subpoena opportunity.

The word transactions is troubling.

As someone posted, it was generous to wait until after the game. Many jurisdictions would have done it as soon as the Dolphins plane landed.

Are people looking for a reason to hate on this team? A subpoena does not mean he is getting arrested. He could be used as a witness to take down Hernandez. The police have a solid case against him and can use all the help they can get to pile on more and more evidence and charges.

Can you not read the part that says "multiple transactions he and Hernandez were involved"? That tells me it's a crime, I have asked a friend that is a Federal Agent and his response was " you don't get served that warrant without being involved" even being there and not reporting it is a crime. He said either Pouncey ends up charged or the Feds will lay out their evidence against him and tell him if you help us out it all goes away.

Hundreds of teammates at UF and New England and one of the 2 idiots wearing a moronic hat just got hit up with a warrant from a Grand Jury? Odd the same idiot that refused to apologize for the stupid hat!

Right and you know this because you have read the warrant you have talked to both the State and US Attorney? No you haven't! The inexcusable part of this is all of these actions took place after they were teammates. You don't see any of the Patriots getting handed a warrant and no it has nothing todo with the authorities being Patriot homers.

Pouncey's subpoena was from the state, nothing to do with the "feds". Unless Pouncey has been spending a lot of time in Massachusetts this has nothing to do with "transactions".

If he was involved in the "gun trafficking" and the police had evidence they would not issue a subpoena for him to testify it would be a warrant for his arrest. Not only that but yes there were hundreds of teammates but the Pouncey's were known to be his closest friends.

Pouncey is subpoena, NOT CHARGED.

Basically question him and "force" him to testify against Hernandez.

He is? Where does it say that? They might just want Mike as a witness to put Aaron away, didn't see where it says he is a criminal himself.

If this is true then the state of Massachusetts is breaking federal law and overstepping boundaries. The state can not investigate multi-state crimes.
