thats the error i get.....i dont know what bbcode means but its not like its(the quote) 600 characters

bbcode = bulletin board code. Any font style, color, etc commands. You have to include spaces and punctuation as characters also.
I didn't sit and count the characters in your quote... but... you'd also have to add in the "ROOKIE OF THE YEAR" and all the code that changes the font color that you already have there.
