Sig Picture???

Just wondering, Ive had the same pic in my signature, my car, since I was a member, and within a week or two its gone. Not sure why and I also cant seem to figure out how, under the User CP tab, to put pics there. I can get the sig page up but cant seem to remember how to paste them....:confused:

Any help would be great
