It's easy..... RONNIE BROWN and RICKY WILLIAMS! The one key to success with all these rookie QBs, do you know what it is? They RUN the damn ball and they run it often. Our run game has looked very good the last 2 games, KEEP IT GOING! Let our run game get them to stack 8 and then play-action! PLAY ACTION! Pound the ball we have and DO NOT GIVE UP ON IT cause you're down 2 possessions in the 2nd quarter.

NOTE: Does anyone else feel like the play calling this year is atrocious?

We run the ball with great success in the first half. Go into half time and the running game doesn't even get sniffs in the second.

Problem is simple though. Those other teams have awesome Defenses too. They can afford to run all day and when the rested defense gets on the field they shut down the other teams O quickly and then their o sucks up more time. We can suck up tons of time and have a really great running attack, but if the opposing teams offense can get right in and score in 5 plays it doesnt help much. and if we cant get in the damn endzone after running 10 minutes off the clock and the other team gets it in in 2 we are equally screwed. I do agree that we need to stick with the running attack even more now that penny is out and hopefully shake some thigns up to get this defense playing halfway decent. Biggest thing is pass rush IMO. With teams like the pats and NO the only way to come close is to rush the passer. I personally feel that our outside LBS and D-line is getting a bad rap b/c our coverage sucks so bad tho...cover those guys downfield n we'll hit the qb a little.

Thats cause we come out at the half losing and we can't just continue to run the ball and waste time off the clock when we need to score and the defense is surrendering points left and right.

Run run run. Thats what Miami must do until Chad H feels comfortable behind the O line. We have proved that we can control the clock, the wildcat worked great against the Colts, so there is no real reason why the wildcat cant be run on about 30% of the time. Line Pat W up as a WR during the WC and Chad H next to Ronnie and see how that goes. Nothing left to lose.

I think we tried running the ball for 45 minutes against the Colts, but then our defense gave the game away by letting Peyton score in about five seconds flat. We have to have a balanced attack and also a D that can tackle and cover wide receivers.
