I was listening to Sirius Blitz and they just said Jason Taylor is looking to be moved and will not play for the Dolphins next year. They also said he should bring us back a late 1st or a 2nd.

The rumors of JT being shipped out of here keep warming up, and more and more teams are linked to him. So far I have Jacksonville, Cleveland, Dallas and the Eagles. This is speculation but the Steelers, Redskins and Packers could become interested. On a final note if Strahan decide to retire dont count out the Giants.

i am slowly warming up to the fact of trading JT... I was totally against it at first becuz he's been a hell of a player for Miami, but if he doesnt want to be here, and he obviously isnt as focused as he used to be, i say if we get decent value for him, top 10 pick in 2nd round or better, pull that trigger.

Ha ha. I mentioned the Strahan thing in another post--half in jest--but I'm sure the Giants would like to know what the hell he's going to do so they have a chance to replace him. JT would fit very nicely on a talented team hoping to repeat as world champions.

Reality is JT is a 4-3 DE and would probably be more effective elsewhere; also he doesn't have a lot of time left and may want to play for a winner.

On the other hand, I'd kind of like to see him back at 3-4 linebacker like he played two years ago. As a blitzing linebacker going one-on-one against a tight-end instead of a left tackle, I think he could be a monster like Lawrence Taylor was.

THe best thing about JT is he can play DE/OLB so it does not matter what Team he goes to he will succeed. I wonder if Tampa Bay is interested they were entering the race for Allen. Maybe they were just being used to drive up the price.
