Sirius NFL Radio is about discuss Phins

It was Harvey Fialkov, they talked about-

1. Trent Green deal, same stuff no movement on the deal.
2. It's his feeling Daunte may get another shot, said Cam won't evaluate him until he's 100% and Pep is "almost there".
3. Ted Ginn, host Randy Cross sounded amazed when he heard about Ginn only playing in the return game to start , Basically "How do you use the #9 pick on a return guy?"
4. London game, Cross basically said that since the Dolphins can't sell out home games they were a natural choice for this game.
5. Joey Porter and the Vegas case.

Same stuff we've heard before...

BTW, does anyone else notice how Cross takes whatever shots he can at Miami ?? He's still bitter from us beating his teams all the time when we played his left-coast teams...

Cross hates the phins so much, he can't stay unbiased

for a guard he has a HUGE ego

i hate randy cross and i hated him when he was on cbs but he is right about one thing the dolphins cant sell out any home games . isnt there like 10 fans at the home games? that is the question that outside media members is always asking. here is some other comments.
how many fans were at a dolphins home game? ans. all 15 fans.
should dolphins be allowed to have home games? ans. no thanks 15 silent fans doesnt constitute a good home game.

these are the comments from media .:ninja:

And to add insult to injury Wayne raised ticket prices. I know Wayne is a good businessman, but I think this was a bad business decision. I would like to see the 5 year plan on how raising prices will attract more consumers/and ticket holders and make the organization more profitable

I thought all of our home games were sell-outs?? It's trying to get our season ticket holders to attend the games that is the problem!

Ummm, if we couldn't sell out home guys wouldn't our games be blacked out? *cough* Buffalo *cough*

Like it or not our home crowd is shameful, some of our home games you wonder if we are in Miami or NY. There is no excuse for that. We as fans have to start acting with a little more pride, if we cant show any respect for our team the who can???

Randy Cross is a tool and everyone (even outside of the Phin's fans) know this is true.

I also heard that compared with the rest of the NFL teams the Dolphin's ticket prices are not considered high.

I think that's what the problem is. Attendance. I think they really do sell out the home games. Rich people and corporations buy tickets for their employees or something and they just don't show up. It's too hot outside for them or they have something else they'd rather do that weekend or something. I think Wayne may have to put a retractable roof over Dolphin Stadium so these folks will show up. I think that's biggest problem ... the sun and the heat. The Texans and the Cardinals have retractable roofs. The Cowboys will have a billion dollar stadium with a roof in 2009. Gotta face it, teams in the southern U.S. cities pretty much have to get stadiums with roofs. Not so much for the players, but for the fans ... although I'm sure the players will love it too as long as they keep the nice natural grass, etc.

It's embarrassing to see empty seats for our home games! I guess we just don't have enough die hard fans in Florida. Plenty of them in here and on other message boards just not enough of them in Florida apparently.

Why don't the people who have tickets and can't or won't go for some reason just give them away to some high school kids or something. They should just go by the nearest school, sports bar or mall and just give them away or try to sell them cheap. I know I would feel like a fraud of a Dolphins fan if I was hoarding my tickets and not even trying to sell or give them away to somebody else. :(
