I think the article is somewhat a fair assesment of the fins. But it's defintely going to take time for this team to play as a team. Lets face it, with the changes in the coaching staff, players, FO, offensive philosophy, and defensive philosophy it's definitely going to take time for this team to gel (especially offensively since the learning curve is much slower than then defense)
