I realize the Vikes have the best run D in the NFL, but Ronnie isn't right. I say sit him and give him 2 weeks to recover. Let Morris and Minor know its on them Thursday. I think they can handle it. Minor has rushed for over a 100 yds. before I believe in a fill in role.

i see what your saying but ronnie is our best player on offence and just sitting him would hurt us alot and its not like we have cushing where we cna rest players we ned to win out ... but i do belive minor soule ply more htne sammie

He only had 12 carries, I think he's still remotely fresh enough that we can pound him against Detroit, then they get the added rest after the game.

keep minor sitting and resign suggs:wink:

ronnie was a non-factor but we knew it would be bad we just didn't think it would be that bad. I agree I don't think he was overused so you can only hope he feels stronger against the Lions. But he was s-l-o-w today, :tantrum:

Ronnie is alright he has a groin pull (slight) and he can play. We wen't up against a good run defense. Ronnie will be alright for the lions and we will see a different Ronnie Brown for that game.

Ronnie will be fine and I think he will run over Detroits run defense on Thanksgiving. Actually I think our whole team will run over Detroit and Kevin Jones isn't playing which makes it that much easier.

stop the madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ronnie is our stud if he and the team drs say he can go, then he can go!!!!

HUH ?

ronnie is NOT our best player

JASON TAYLOR is

Please. If Ronnie is 75% and up he should be in there getting the majority of carries. Not many backs in the league are going to be 'right' all year. But Ronnie is going to have to learn to deal with it and he might as well learn now.

Ronnie has only had about 3 good games why make him seem like he the best player...if anything i would rest welker did anyone see how he bend that leg ....it hurt whatching it...taped it up and came right back in the game..

As much as it pains me to say it, I agree. His groin is obviously bothering him. He looked Jerome Bettis slow and was wincing after every carry. Not the same explosiveness I'm used to saying. I'd say sit him this week. If we want to make a run at this thing, he'll need to be healthy.

Difference between a slighty twisted ankle and a pulled groin. Especially for a runningback.

And Ronnie is definetly the best player on our offense.
