Should Tia Tagovailoa sit-out a whole year, or would you rather that he be put-in midseason - if he has been declared ready-to-play by team doctors?

I say sit him out the entire season regardless of medical reports. You?

Why? I read about a wk ago that he’s fully healed. If the hip is going to give how does not playing him this year make a difference? If he’s healthy I say play him before mid season. We also need to know if he can hold up health wise in the nfl

What I need to see is how he takes a hit. Just to be on the safe side, sit him out a year.

Sit him. Let him polish. Let him take over a strong team ready to support him. Let's not throw this QB to the wolves cause of where he was drafted or cause we wanna play with the shiny new toy. Help the man. Do him the favors we never did Tannehill.

easy decision to make. The only way Tua should play this season is if we are in the hunt and Fitz gets hurt. That is only if our o-line can protect him. You do not want to ruin the guy. see RG3

Hopefully. Maybe bring him in at the end of the season

I vividly remember the first 4 games last year. I expect the talent to be better this year, but it will take a few games for them to gel as a unit. If Tua has an amazing camp, maybe start him game 5. If less than amazing, maybe game 8, 12, or next year. That said, if RF is having an amazing season, coaches don't pull a QB the players trust

Sit him. Next draft, trade him and both 1sts to get Lawrence.

THe fact that we didnt get a high round RT makes me wonder if thats why we got Tua.

Sorry kids, but you cant dismiss his injury. Not when lawrence is on the board. Too risky.

Mark my words, they got no RT for Tua, (Hunt is a guard), and put him on PUP? He is trade bait for next year.

Tua is going to sit to start the year without a doubt. Fitzpatrick is the leader of this team. Until Fitzpatrick face plants we won't see Tua.

If this team starts out, say, 0-7 we would see him sooner rather than later. On the other hand, if we are a consistent 8-8 team we may not see him at all next year.

We just spent a lot of FA and draft ammo to soup up the O line. he needs to start right away. We can't treat the kid like he's glass. If he's going to get hurt he's going to get hurt. You can't catch fish in the living room. Get him out there and let's get this thing going. Would we start Burrow game one? Of course. Would we start Herbert? Yes. So why's it different for Tua?

If getting Tua is going to have us be gun-shy then we shouldn't have gotten Tua. This is Football. If the Drs clear him get him out there.
