Is there any kind of dynamically updated list of the number of members to finheaven and a tracking of the total number of posts from all forums, like from all time?

Click on the forum tab at the top and then scroll to the very bottom. The Community tab at the top has other stats as well.

In the Community tab click the Members List. You can sort by number of posts, last post made etc...this will also give your standing based on all current and non-current members in terms of post count.
