The Associated Press reports the Washington Redskins have been penalized by the NFL for conducting rough practices. Their penalty was they forfeit three days of offseason practices. They will lose OTAs Monday June, 13 through Wednesday, June 15. In addition, there can be no player meetings or conditioning sessions at Redskins Park from Friday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 15.

What the hell did they do that made it such a "rough" practice? Or is it that... teams are only supposed to be having "no contact" drill practices or something? I'm a bit confused. :hmmm:
