There are a few options out there in late rounds for Miami to tag a QB, but I watched Adrian Mcpherson play @ FSU a couple years back and he was more than impressive. Recently scouts called him an "athletic freak" after he worked out for several teams including Miami. Sure there may be some controversy surrounding him, but this could be the exact style QB Miami could strive with. Not to mention he is a guranteed post 3rd rounder so he wouldnt be too hard to get if we want him. Any other QBs out there that could have a chance at being the big sleeper pick this year?

he's not a GUARANTEED post 3rd rounder, while I don't want him a few days ago that was all a lot of people were talking about. Use the search you find those threads.

Go post surfing he's not as much of a sleeper as you may think since there are more than a handfull of people who have already written this... :shakeno:

Hey king...dont be too sure this guy is a guaranteed post 3rd rd. The way he has been working out in the combine and in private, many teams are hoping he last past the 2nd.

Actually he is gonna be a mid to late 2nd round pick only on the baggage...he has impressed just as much as smith and rodgers...could be a steal but surprising no one has been talking bout Charlie Frye at all?

Ah guess i shoulda researched it before posting. I had been posting alot on cbs sportsline but its been down for days and i came across this fine site. I should have figured there would be alot of talk about him here just because of where he played college ball

I think Frye has a lot of potential if we're gonna go QB in the 3rd or 2nd(pending the Surtain trade)IMO I'd rather have Orton.

Orten would be my pick for the 3rd or 4th rounds...or Andrew Walter

McPherson is my favorite QB in the draft honestly. I don't want to spend our #2 on either Rodgers or Smith (allthough I'd pick Smith if forced to take one), because I just don't feel they are sure bets enough.

Personally, I'd get Brown with our first pick, and then McPherson with our 3rd. If it looks like he's not going to be there in the 3rd, I'd use our 2nd in case we get one for Surtain. I woulnd't mind seeing McPherson in a Phins jersey, rather sooner than later.
