we discussed him awhile back and I know you are HUGE on him. I watched his film... just want to read over your thoughts and analysis again too!!!

Someone here compared him as a mix of grimes/tyrann, when I watched him I understood the comparison. Wanted to draft him ever since.

This is the first draft where Miami ever drafted a lot of players I really wanted. Im incredibly happy with this draft.

McCain is a kid that I've been familiar with for a long time. As I've mentioned previously, I watched him in person twice when he was playing WR in high school.

I had him as my #2 Senior cornerback in this class, and a 3rd round grade behind a healthy IEO. I think he was a top 100 player in this draft. For a team to get him in the 5th round and 50 picks later is stealing.

It'll be interesting to see if he indeed has managed to have one of the two or three best careers among Senior cornerbacks in this draft 5 years from now. I'll bet that he does.

Slimm, is his size the reason he didn't go higher? Your write up is one of several I have read that indicates the Fins got a gamer and it's hard to believe he wouldn't have gone much higher.

I would guess his height(or lack thereof)is the reason he did not go higher.

He almost has to be a slot guy for that reason, but he look like an excellent one and is made to play in the Fins zone.
