Coming off the past season, Carroo is definitely my No. 1 receiver and I'd be surprised if he didn't develop further. I don't know the QB situation in Rutgers now Nova has graduated, so hopefully there's someone behind who can help this kid realise his potential.

I'd also have Duke at 2.
 
Michael Thomas of Southern Miss caught my eye in the bowl game. I wasn't familiar with him since that team had a major downturn for a few years.

Thomas burned Washington repeatedly and looked very good doing it. Reminded me somewhat of Rishard Matthews. Thomas can snag the ball and run a variety of routes. He did have one big drop on a deep ball but otherwise might have been the best player on the field that day.
