Now THAT is what I'm talking about! He pulled, showed fast feet, and, then, slammed in low. That's OLine play baby. He looked energetic. He nearly sealed off pursuit by that. I counted about three guys piled up there, but, in fairness, it was guys knocked down by other olinemen.

I was critical, I admit and, just like I was not overcommiting to bad in the bad times, I'm not overcommiting to good in the good times, but, I'm pretty pumped over that play. If the Dolphins show me this week.......I may just have to hitch a ride on the positive bandwaggon.

Every pick up Parcells and Co picked up was picked up for a reason. They play hard they are talented and fit the mentality we wanted to bring in. Not to mention they are all great teammates. Smiley is making that line better with his physical ability, his leadership and his ability to make everyone on that line a better player . I mean Thomas, Murphy and the Duke have a great guy to learn from

OLine play makes me jump up and down. I was just going back over the highlights, and, somehow I missed Smiley in the TD run.

Yeah! I've been waiting to see more of that. Being able to pull and block on the run was supposed to be one of his strengths when we signed him. It's good were now starting to see that and like the rest of the team, I think he's only going to get better. The coaching staff will start to realize what his strengths are and exploit them.

The one thing I would like to see is more screen passes. I see other teams having success with that and I would think with Smiley and Satele who can be good at pulling and blocking on the move and having Ricky and Ronnie, who both have good hands, I think we could kill doing some more screens. JMO.
