Smiley still on the block

In addition to the No. 12 overall pick, the Dolphins are also reportedly shopping LG Justin Smiley leading up to the draft.
Smiley has been on the block for over a month, so it's confirmation that the No. 12 pick is up for grab that qualifies as news here. The Eagles have been the team most linked to a trade up.
