Hey guys,

I know there is tons of stuff flying out there about booker, briggs, and so forth. These are (maybe) smoke screens, that every GM goes at this time, every year. Let's not go crazy, until something happens. Because, as much as we all would like to, we're not calling the shots.

But let's go get quinn!

md

would be nice to get Quinn but if he is not there I say trade down

quinn trade our whole draft for him!

I would sure hope not. That would be crazy and stupid. I'd have a hard time if they traded up to 6 to get him because either our late second or third round would be gone. Trading down to get more is the best option.

I say trade down to 6 using Cpep..Booker..or Chambers, Draft Brady Q. and then draft two Wide Recievers with our two 2nd round picks, we are going to get Green when he is released anyways! I know we need OL's, but we can spend the rest of the draft on the O line!
If we do NOT trade down and Brady Q. is gone, then I say draft the best defensive lineman in the draft and make our DEFENSE ridiculous and get a quality QB and Wideout with our second round picks!
what do ya'll think???:D

i would do this, in the event that quinn is gone i would consider trading down get some extra pics and draft o-line or a wr in the first like staley, blaylock or meachum or ginn, and in the second round and with our first second rounder take kalil, ugoh, or rice or gonzalez or draft a qb.

so basicaly it's like this
1)Staley or blaylock
2)a) rice or gonzalez
2)b) a qb

or
1) meachum or ginn
2)a) kalil or ugoh
2)b) a qb

can only make a trade if theres a willing partner.. trading down isnt as easy as people make it out to be..

every team wants to trade down if/when possible

quinn trade our whole draft for him!
Please

Look for the Broncos come knocking to trade their 21st pick, 2nd rounder and 3rd rounder to get in the top 10 to pick up Okoye. Dolphins should trade down if Quinn is not there.

I don't think we trade up because everyone we have covets picks. I don't see the point in cutting booker this year. He has been productive when he has been in there and takes some heat off Chambers.

And with the first pick ,The fins take L2G!!! Whats up man?

Let's say we draft (by trading up to #6?) Brady Quinn. If we use both 2nd rounders at WR, there are few chances that 2nd day picks at O-line can start this season and in case you haven't notice, this is our weakest link.
As today, our draft office is dreaming on Brady Quinn as the solution for the actual big hole at QB, but it may be repaired later by hiring Trend Green (when he get released) and allow Culpepper to recover (all he needs is some patience) and adopt Cameron's system (that may be the harder part). This assumption of keeping Culpepper require dealing his current contract.
If Quinn is gone (picked by any above the 6th spot), then someone very capable will be called during the 2nd round.
But any passer will need a decent protection and unless we have to trade up and use our actual 3rd round to move up into the 6th overall (that's the biggest price I would pay in draft picks and salary compensation for Quinn), this draft is projecting us to include 2 first day o-liners..
The rest of this draft is to fill holes at NT, DE, SS, CB/KR, WR/KR and perhaps TE. That's a lot to fill, so the more picks retained, the better.
