I know its not really sold out if it is, its more companies buying the rest of the tickets, but is it sold out? I havent seen anywhere say that the game wont be televised, so Im guessing it was sold out. Anyone has any info? And if a preseason game can get sold out with no hurdles, seems like we won't have any blackouts this seasons.

we have not had any blackouts in the last six or seven
years.

what do the Marlins have to do with the Dolphins??

Just sayin' man. Blackouts came up in the conversation. If the Dolphins aren't selling out and no one is concerned about a blackout, then why are Marlins games blacked out EVERYTIME and they NEVER sell out. Just annoys the piss out of me.

I don't live in South Florida but why is it that EVERY Marlins game gets blacked out when I watch on SunSports? I know we don't sell out ANY games.
Every game on SunSports gets blacked out outside of the Miami area for some reason. Fox Sports does it just fine, but its because the cable companie doesent want to pay for the extra Marlins games.

And I was just wondering about the Dolphins because of the economy

I just don't understand blackouts and why we have them, etc., etc. Just one of those things in life that really makes me want to hit those responsible in the face with a shovel. Very few things in life push me to that point. Peace frogs and blackouts = shovel to the face.

I just read the following on the Dolphins website under "Pregame Report":

"The game will be televised live in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area on WFOR-TV (CBS 4), WXCW-TV (Channel 6) in Fort Myers and in West Palm Beach on WTVX-TV (Channel 34). Craig Bolerjack calls the play-by-play with Hall of Fame quarterback and former Dolphins great Bob Griese and former Dolphins wide receiver Nat Moore adding the expert analysis. Former Dolphins linebacker and current WFOR-TV sports anchor Kim Bokamper will report from the sidelines."

It's because of where you live. Baseball doesn't have a blackout policy like Football.
