Hate to say it but if by tue afternoon if Manning signs with someone else Flynn will be the guy. It has to mean something if the guy throws 6 TDs in a single game and sets team records for a team that has had Farve and Rodgers.

There is no reason to trade up for a project like Tannehill. No one on this board wanted to trade up for RG 3, so I aks why trade up for Tannehill. If Seattle wants him, Let them have him. I actually like Kirk Cousins of Michigan State. I have seen some of his games and YouTube videos, but I don't know if I would do this at #8?...maybe if he is there in Round 2....Weeden might also be an option. I don't like him as much as CK does, but he would be ok for a few years at age 29.

Look at who he threw those 6 td's aganist. The Lions, there defense sucked. They were ranked #23 overall last year.

I hate to say it, but I rather draft Weeden then Tannehill. Weeden may be 28 yrs old but he is a better option then Tannehill at this point. Cousins from MSU is another intersting candiate. Weeden would only coast the team a 2nd rd pick too. Hate the ideal of wasting the 8 overall pick on Tannehill.

i would go weeden over cousins...i'm just not a cousins guy...that won't get me excited about our future i know that...weeden by all accounts had a solid showing at his pro day today but you got to know where his value falls given his age and if you bring him in given that age he needs to at minimum compete asap and with matt moore i think weeden can at least compete...

don't love it but put me in a corner i'm taking weeden at the top of round 2...

Cousins to me is the wildcard. He looks like a nice player. Not sure thou if he is ready to start right away. Weeden may be able to come right in and start away. That I like. Just don't want another yr. of Moore starting.
