So is the 2nd round pick that we give up for this year or 2007?

I hate to create a new thread on this, but there hasn't been a difinitive answer on this. Most people are saying its a 2006 (this year) draft choice that we give up, but some are saying that its a 2007 pick. Also, Tony Kornheiser on PTI said (and stressed, it seemed like) that the pick was for 2007, NOT 2006. So do we have any difinitive proof yet of which year the pick that we give up is from?
 
Im pretty sure its this year but im hoping next year because theres so many good players we could get in the 2nd this year
 
It's 2006. No biggie. We are getting the guys we need....I just want a Center, a Safety or CB, and maybe another LB.
 
I heard mixed reports on ESPN one saying 07 and others saying 06, also heard some mixed reports of 560 WQAMk, i'm really not sure but i think if might be an 07 pick.
 
Kornheiser said a 2nd this year and a low pick next year,Espnews said a 2nd next year, Clayton said a 2nd this year. We will have to wait til Culpepper gets medical clearance tomorrow. Then they will make the official announcement, we will just have to wait.
 
Does it really matter, yeah there are guys in the 2nd round that could help us but that pick could have likely gone on a QB like Croyle. All we did was get a Pro Bowl QB with it.
 
I have heard it was 07 as well ,but I doubt it, we will find out tomorrow.
