Laremy Tunsil didn't give up a sack or qb hit all of last year? That is unreal if true.

Pretty sure it is true. I think he gave up 3 sacks his entire college career? Unbelievable.

I don't know if this counts but in the game against Auburn in one of his scouting video's Carl Lawson got him once. The Qb was able to escape the pocket and avoid the sack. There was a questionable take-down in my opinion as Tunsil tried to recover. It was great leverage and hand work by Lawson and genuine laziness(from my observation) of Tunsil.

Besides that one play it seems like most people he goes up against don't sniff the QB.

"One of those Rebels’ stars was offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, who protected quarterback Chad Kelly’s blind side during the portion of the 2015 campaign he played. Kelly was just sacked 19 times this past season, only three SEC offensive lines protected their passer better. Tunsil only allowed five pressures on 225 attempts, according to Pro Football Focus, and during his 28 games with Ole Miss, Tunsil only allowed two sacks."

We actually have 2 solid potentially great young bookend tackles.. Barring unforeseen events, we can finally have a legitimate CONSISTENT offensive line for years to come..

Muahhahaha (rubbing hands together in sinister fashion)

Wasn't it Jake Long that had only one sack and one penalty a whole year or over his full college career?

I know for sure I heard multiple times that he only allowed 5 pressures in the games he played last year. Which is insane..

When healthy, the tackle position hasnt been the problem. It has been and continues to be the guard positions. Hopefully one of the tackles is able to play the G position proficiently. But that still leaves one position of concern.....

Albert will need to be replaced as soon as his contract allows. He's been nothing but an overpaid part-time player due to injuries. And, I'd add Pouncey to the list of who needs to go... he's another overpaid player who is not as good as his reputation.

yes he is abeast, and maybe a future hof...rare talent, once in a lifetime type of draft pick....who would of thought marijuana would drop him to us...THANKS RICKY!!! lol
