Once we fix this offensive line, our passing offense should be more explosive than the Cam Cameran offense in San Diego.
Just now, I was thinking about it, and I look at the San Diego depth chart and look what Cameran did with those below average receivers. Guess what? Not one receiver in the Chargers reached 700 yards receiving in 2006.
700 yards?! How does a team win games without atleast one average receiver? Their best receiver was Eric Parker, and he had 659 yards receiving all season long. Their 2nd best receiver, was Keenan McCardell, with 437 yards receiving. [It makes me wonder what the voters were thinking putting Philip Rivers in the Pro Bowl, I mean, where did he get the numbers to get voted in?]
We still have to figure out who our TE is going to be, as the TE played a major role in this offense, but I beleive this offense will be built around Ronnie Brown just like it was built around LT in San Diego, only thing is, our receiving corps is much better and if we add Donte Stallworth, watch out, the thought of it is way too exciting.
