Once we fix this offensive line, our passing offense should be more explosive than the Cam Cameran offense in San Diego.

Just now, I was thinking about it, and I look at the San Diego depth chart and look what Cameran did with those below average receivers. Guess what? Not one receiver in the Chargers reached 700 yards receiving in 2006.

700 yards?! How does a team win games without atleast one average receiver? Their best receiver was Eric Parker, and he had 659 yards receiving all season long. Their 2nd best receiver, was Keenan McCardell, with 437 yards receiving. [It makes me wonder what the voters were thinking putting Philip Rivers in the Pro Bowl, I mean, where did he get the numbers to get voted in?]

We still have to figure out who our TE is going to be, as the TE played a major role in this offense, but I beleive this offense will be built around Ronnie Brown just like it was built around LT in San Diego, only thing is, our receiving corps is much better and if we add Donte Stallworth, watch out, the thought of it is way too exciting.

They do it with a guy by the name of Ladanian Tomlinson

Good post man, I agree. Stallworth will be a huge addition if we can get him and I like the idea of making Ronnie the focal point. Chambers will be a lot better than last year, there's no doubt about that. Now if we can just protect Daunte, I like our chances.

Chambers is a strange bird.

He's tremendously talented, but drops too many balls. Cam Cameron will not help him stop dropping the ball.

That right there is what I am worried about. McMike could have flourished in Cams offense I thought. He would have been utilized more. I am not sure that the GB TE we signed is anywhere near as good as McMike was.

I also agree that Cam will try to biuld around RB, and I also think that he will try to build around a qb just as they did with Brees and Rivers. I believe we will draft one of the top qbs in the draft.

LT and Gates

Thats like KC isnt it? Johnson and Gonzalez. Avg. Recievers.

I do believe this guy Martin is good and is a better blocker than mcmike so we will see if his injury bug goes away. Also Peele is a good second TE.

Chambers is above average when his head is in the game. Last year it was not. I actually believe getting the Qb situation settled solves alot of problems. Stallworth would give us speed finally. Not sure he will even be a phin but.....

I guess my question is, if we sign Stallworth, and it seem's he wants good money, who do we cut, Chambers or Booker, since that's a lot of money tied up in receivers, no one pays all 3 recievers that kind of money. I really don't want to lose Booker, and I'm not sure I want to lose chamber at least for this year....so I'm kind of on the ledge here, I want stallworth, but I'm not sure at what price I'm willing to have him.

Personally, I think that with Chambers/Stallworth/Booker........

You may see Stallworth lead the way, if all three stay healthy that is.

He's a big, big play guy just looking to fit in somewhere.

Perfect #2 WR, obviously with the potential out've the sky (13th overall pick)
