Losing to Pittsburgh would just about end the season. Pittsburgh would have a game up on Miami with 3 to play. It's also safe to assume Baltimore beats Minnesota at home so they'll be 7-6. If Miami is 6-7 after next week, they'd be 2 games back of BAL with 3 to play and would play New England the week after.

Had SD won today, that would have been a huge factor. As it is, the chances of this being a factor are incredibly slim. That Bengals team is ugly, but they manage to rack up wins.

I think we've shown pretty clearly what going on a losing streak can do. That KC team has really proved nothing, and so far all of their losses have been in-conference.
