This is the exact problem with some people. This somehow absolves them of any responsibility for their opinions, because- hopefully- they are "proven wrong". Sorry it's just the opposite, it's much easier just to sit back and no matter what happens, say "we'll be alright, we'll be alright" . Its much harder(especially as a fan) to admit just maybe your team isn't quite as good as you hope and want it to be. I don't want to sit here and think that the team isn't as good as it once was, but I have to be truthful at this point they aren't. Will that change later in the year, none of us know.

As I said we as Dolphin fans have been more spoiled then most teams in the league, we don't know what it's like to go 3-13, 2-14, every other team in the division and most teams in the league have had that record at least once. The worst recoed most fans on this board has probably ever seen is 8-8. So yes it's hard to imagine a losing season but it will eventually happen. Hopefully not this year but someday. Then what, there will be a reason they have a record that bad, will it be wrong to say the QB sucks, the RB sucks or whatever it happens to be causing the problem at that time?

I've predicted, after all that has happened, a 6 win season. I believe the Defense is good enough to bail the offense out of a couple of games, and that the offense will finally get it together around mid-season for a few strong games.

Well fin-atic, you have stated your case well, but, my opinions are that the team will gell and be more productive than what it has shown so far after game 1 of the season.

It is still too early to say that you were right or wrong on your assestment. Here...here to a better year....
