So was this the big offensive revamping we were waiting for?

We tend to forget...These guys are free agents. That means that they can sign with whatever team they want. If you were in their shoes, would you sign with the Miami Dolphins with Chad Henne as the qb, Sparano cheering field goals, Ireland asking if your mom is a prostitute, and the owner selling pieces of the team to celebrities turning each home game into a circus. That is probably why they lost almost all of their home games.

So it looks like the roster is pretty much set, we might sign a few more backup offensive lineman but thats probably it. So this is it? the big change we were looking for in our offense, an injury proned kick returner/RB, and matt moore? no upgrade at qb? no #2 receiver? no seem-threat TE? are we really gonna rely on 3 rookies (thomas, gates, clay) to give us that explosiveness ross and ireland have been touting,no bradshaw? no sprolles? no edwards? brad smith? plaxico? floyd? boss? scaife? orton? mcnabb? kolb? hasselback? VY? if this is it, if this is all the front office is going to do to add to the offense and compete in the AFC east then I call it a failure, I seriously hope I get proved wrong!

Well we know you made your bed. If we are successful this year make sure not to jump on the bandwagon, but judging by your join date i wouldn't expect you not to.

For those that do not know. All teams have to be up to the 99% cap spending requirement by the time the new league year starts, which, barring something crazy, is tomorrow. So, if we do not hear about anyone else being signed today that has good talent, that will be about that. Sure they can keep signing but then they have to cut. I think we have seen all we are going to see. Unless of course Denver outright cuts Orton. That is doubtful now once they paid him his 1.5 mil roster bonus. Everyone pray Moore becomes a good QB because with Henne out there ? Staff is lucky to make it thru the first half of the season.

As fans we see what is going on with Henne, can you imagine being a player and watchiing it ? Sure they get paid a lot but as human beings you know it wears on them each time he goes into lala land or sails a ball 10 feet over the receivers head. It also must give other team mates great confidence in him when he tries his patented bounce pass to a receiver. In short, unless Moore comes on, its fugly wugly time, again. If Henne does not show a pulse by the third game I would out right cut him. Let someone pick him up on waivers as a scout team qb or backup. He is so sad as an NFL QB I cannot even knock him anymore. Everyone in the entire free world can see he is just not working out. Someone should inform our FO of this or better yet, the owner.

Why do people think hes gonna be any better. 31th in the NFL.

Players may like him better then Henning but I agree. Dabol is the bottom of the barrel by all acounts. If Ross thinks this is what EXCITING and EXPLOSIVE then he must think getting an enema is a wild night out.

Based on this list I would say Waters and Starks if healthy since need to stop putting these hacks on the OL in there. Our backups last year were brutal. Starks could push Columbo (please don't tell me Murtha is the answer). I also like Scaife at TE but for some reason we seem to think we are all set there. IF we don't get O'Hara then we are hurting at backup center - Berger was terrible last year. If Incognito has to move over who plays LG?
