Glass Parker is iffy, assuming this isn't some BS to throw Seattle, and I don't think it is. Shame. I had hopes.

And I find it unlikely that we can get Hunter jocked up to play our system by next weekend.

So our passing game (total offense, in other words) consists of Juice, Stills, and Carroo, with Arian catching a few here and there.

Sound right, or am I missing something?

I'm not pissing and moaning, but I expect many attempts with minimal return in our running game. So, it's a pass world.

On paper, could this work?

If you were expecting them to go into Seattle and win the game, then you will probably be disappointed. It's Parker's second season and you are already writing him off? I think we lose the game 31-20.

I'd be surprised if we put up 20 points^. I think something like 31-13 would be my expectation.

Well, even with a healthy Parker you're going to have a hard time winning up there

As few offensive snaps as we saw Grant and Carroo get in the preseason, IMHO they both were being hidden to a degree, and I think at least one will have a package for the Seatlle game and contribute to the offense.

jordan cameron will catch 7 for 115 and 2 TDs and we win 28 - 24!

My point, guys.....

Is that I don't plan to just write Miami off next week. Yes, it is likely that we lose, and lose badly. But I've been at the Dolphins table for a very long time, and have seen this team pull the rabbit out of the hat many times.

And I think they just might. Again, highly unlikely. I expect a painful flogging. But if they win, I wouldn't be surprised.

I was simply wondering what I had forgotten about our new offense.

Doubt they are seen for more than 5-7 snaps combined let alone 5-7 catches.

Week One tends to bring unpredictable and even contrarian results in the NFL. It's OK to expect your team to lose. You can be pleasantly surprised when they win.

Gotta be Jordan Cameron. The guy is a physical mismatch if he catches the ball

I bet we use alot of TE sets. Gonna use all 3 TEs alot in this one

I doubt Hunter gets a lot of burn with only 6 days learning the offense. One of Grant and Carroo is getting more than 7 snaps. I seriously doubt we ride 3 wide receivers all game long.

I expect to see 12 personnel from 30-35+ yards out and 11 from there on in.
