Signing JT is a bit unsettling to me. He's a guy who will be 35 years old and I don't think he's going to be the same player that he was when he left Miami. I am concerned because we'll end up cutting a young talented guy because of JT and having JT for 1 year. I think it could hurt us as much as help us.

sorry I hear what you're saying but for the price we got him its a win win and he can only help our younger guys in my opinion. There are a few guys that I believe need to be let go anyway

Well I think we must have close to 10 wide receivers on this team right now.....maybe we let one go????

 I have to agree, and I am sure Sparano knows what he is doing, if JT can't keep a spot then so be it. But I doubt that.

We got ourselves a cheap and Loyal player. (well...he seems more loyal now under the circumstances than when he left)

You have to remember that the bottom 5 of the roster is gonna be changing the first few weeks of the season anyway. Thats what Parcells always does. So it won't really hurt anybody. Either you make the cut or you don't. I figure if you cant show more promise than a 35 yr old guy than you arn't what we need anyway.

Wake eliminates Anderson....JT eliminates Moses...both are upgrades...

Charlie Anderson. I wouldn't call him "talented and upcoming" though. He sucks.
for once, I agree with your angry personality.

Anderson and Torbor were absolutely terrible FA pickups last year, not only for their play, but more so because of their COST. Funny no one ever brings this up. Particularly Torbor, he has to be the highest paid friggin ST and backup LB in the league!

I'm not certain you should be so concerned about players that are 'on the bubble' whomever they be... A guy who is sitting at 53 on the depth chart being bumped by JT is a serious upgrade, no matter who he is.

Sometimes young is just young, not "young and talented". Quentin Moses is wasting space.

Orion Martin is on the outside looking in because of this but he could easily change that situation by being good in camp and preseason.

Erik Walden, Charlie Anderson, Tearrius George, Quentin Moses, and Orion Martin might just end up fighting for one roster spot. I think Walden or Anderson gets it, while Martin goes on the practice squad.
