So who do we need to win/lose to make the playoffs?

I've been trying to see how the Dolphins can get in if they win next week and finish 9-7. I know we need the Pats to win and something with the Chargers, but unsure of anything else. I'm going to the Fins-Jets game next week, so I want it to be worth a damn! Such an awful game today, but I kind of expected it.

Any help would be appreciated on this matter and sorry if it has been posted before.
