So who is going to give us our awesome "silver lining"....

Here it is: Jeff Ierland files for unemployment next January.
 
1. Brand new offense
2. Obvious weapons on offense
3. Henne looks confident
4. A belief the offense will get better...

IT IS GAME ONE!!!!

No doubt work has to be done. However, I think we will be okay.
 
I cannot believe our D lost this game. All this time we are waiting for a Qb to run this O since Marino left and our D has carried us. Now, we finally have a good O and our D leaves us hanging. What a curse we have. This sucks.
 
whos gonna ban this douchebag so we can all continue posting comfy in this forum?
 
Sometimes I do think we are cursed.... We are so flippy floppy. We can never play as a cohesive unit. It's either or with us. It's pretty frustrating

Though Henne looks 3x as good/confident as he ever has, he was far from lights out. Underthrew gates on a go early that should have been picked, backshoulder play to Marshall was terrible placement (pic dropped), terrible fade throw on 4th to Hartline not even giving the reciever a chance, eating a sack in the redzone holding the ball forever, overthrew wide open Marshall on a go (typical Henne).... just to name a few

I'm not saying he didn't look good, but I wouldn't use the phrase "lights out".
